So much to comment on - I will summarize. The climate cult and green movement is a political and social movement that behaves as a cult. The claim that the sciencevusxserrked is made by individuals that are so far from a scientist they can’t recognize science. The claim of 90+% agree on their claims is actually b government grant writers that agree they don’t want to be defunded by the mouthpieces controlling the government funding. The practice of funding ‘reports, papers, studies’ that are conducted to support the desired narrative is disgusting, dishonest, and immoral. The vilification of CO2 is particularly egregious and inaccurate. The mid-characterization of CO2 as carbon is just demonstrative of the lack of education. Scientists know the element and the compound are radically different. The improper characterization goes deeper into unintelligent use when they refer to carbon sequestration or CCUS. Most of those efforts are industrial flue gas or exhaust. The government giveaway money is at work here too. We need CO2 for industrial processes, food processes, and for plants. The claim that CO2 causes warming is incorrect and has been disproven so many times and in so many ways it’s shocking the political movement still uses it. The fundamental issue that the political movement of climatocatastrophists ignore is the earth’s history. But then if they did the models used would be so far from reasonable resujts they would be thrown out. Really. The modeling if the climate is not only complex but serious scientists don’t understand how to create a model they call accurate. A serious modeling effort produces a history match. If you can’t match history (fact) then how do you present the forward look as valid? You don’t, simple as that. It’s game over for the climate cult. Then with all of the claims about everything humans do as causing warming there is the question about what rejectors the big yellow ball in the sky play? Climate cult charlatans ignore that.

Finally we have a realistic look at climate issues with the report commissioned by Chris Wright. The political effort by the climate cult and related cheerleaders are not credible and their rhetoric and narrative is growing old and bothersome, they are simply discredited to the point of laughable.

Look no further than China and India. They’re both rising global economic stars and producers of > 50% of worldwide carbon emissions. Virtue signaling by China aside, they are permitting and building coal plants faster than one can say “Wind and Solar”….actions speak louder than words.

So when the Great Flood of NY happened about 13,500 years ago, I guess the rise in sea levels about 300 ft was due to prehistoric Anthropogenic Climate Change? Of course, during that time the Great Barrier didn't even exist since was at least 100 ft above the water's surface. https://www.whoi.edu/oceanus/feature/the-great-flood-of-new-york/

RE: "However, after the 1991 Pinatubo eruption, atmospheric CO2 levels temporarily decreased, an intriguing result that remains unexplained to this day (Angert et al., 2004)."

Like 2024s wildfires in the Canadian and Russian Northern Boreal Forests caused a 2025 cool spring and summer (early numbers for fall also indicate we will record a cool fall) with rain patterns disrupted (but not less or more in total). I was an adult in 1991 and noted a cool rainy summer the next year - thus a lower CO2 production from plant growth.

This year, with less sun, and rain at different times than farmers expected - we are seeing unexpectedly high yields from stunted plants that were planted early due to a dry April, but were droughted through May and June and then flooded in July, but which produced immense seed totals (so a bad silage year, but a good grain year).

My new car has a button labeled “climate control”. I wonder what happens if we all turn it on at the same time?

Per the long standing Irish maxim, "A lie gets half way around the world before the truth puts its boots on".

Many thanks to FR for this presentation.
